Documents to be prepared by candidate students

  2. bona fide diploma of university
  3. academic transcript of university
  4. bona fide diploma of graduate school
  5. academic transcript of graduate school
  6. certificate that the candidate student had excellent score in university
    • objective score is necessary (example, GPA score, ABC class or Score in the class)
  7. certificate that the candidate student had excellent score in graduate school
    • objective score is necessary (example, GPA score, ABC class or Score in the class)
  8. copy of family register or citizenship
  9. recommendation letter from the president or dean of your university addressed to the president of Chiba University
  10. 2 copies of photo: upper half of the body, 6 x 4 cm, taken within 6 months
  11. Abstract of your master thesis in English
  12. Certificate of language skill: TOEFL or TOEIC score. Published paper written in English will be also a good evidence for professional skill.
  13. All the above documents should be prepared in A4 size paper
