- bona fide diploma of university
- academic transcript of university
- bona fide diploma of graduate school
- academic transcript of graduate school
- certificate that the candidate student had excellent score in university
- objective score is necessary (example, GPA score, ABC class or Score in the class)
- certificate that the candidate student had excellent score in graduate school
- objective score is necessary (example, GPA score, ABC class or Score in the class)
- copy of family register or citizenship
- recommendation letter from the president or dean of your university addressed to the president of Chiba University
- 2 copies of photo: upper half of the body, 6 x 4 cm, taken within 6 months
- Abstract of your master thesis in English
- Certificate of language skill: TOEFL or TOEIC score. Published paper written in English will be also a good evidence for professional skill.
- All the above documents should be prepared in A4 size paper
